Refund Policy

30-Day Free Trial

FontDrop offers a full 30-day free trial with access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial, so there is no charge to cancel. We encourage you to thoroughly test the application during this period before subscribing.

Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with FontDrop after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. To request a refund, email us at support@fontdrop.app with the email address associated with your account.

After the 14-Day Window

Refunds after the initial 14-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page on fontdrop.app or directly through Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor). After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
